1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the app experience.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• App usage data (e.g., features used, session duration)
• General location (country-level only, if available)

This information does not directly identify you.

App Permissions

We may request access to certain device features (such as notifications). You can control permissions in your device settings.

We do NOT collect:

• Personal identifiers like name (unless explicitly provided)
• Health data stored outside the app
• Data from third-party databases or marketing partners

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve the app:

Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose app crashes. Crash reports may include device information and app state at the time of the crash. Firebase Analytics collection is disabled. Firebase’s privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, which may record anonymized interaction data such as taps, scrolls, and screen views. This helps us understand how users interact with the app and improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is captured. Clarity’s privacy policy is available at clarity.microsoft.com/privacy.

RoadMint
We use RoadMint for in-app feedback and product analytics. RoadMint may collect anonymized usage events to help us improve app features.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use any of them for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected data to:

• Operate and maintain the app
• Improve performance and user experience
• Fix bugs and ensure reliability

We do NOT use your data for:

• Selling to third parties
• Advertising or tracking across apps

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited data only when necessary:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect user safety or prevent fraud
• With third-party service providers listed in Section 2, solely to operate the app

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s functionality.

If you delete your account from within the app, all associated data is permanently deleted immediately. If you delete the app without deleting your account, data may be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless required by law.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Kegex is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion (available directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account)
• Restrict processing

9. DO-NOT-TRACK

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals.
