You use the app at your own risk.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Kegex provides guided exercise programs and related content.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Use the app legally
• Not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Not use the app for harmful or illegal purposes

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payment is handled through your App Store account
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
• Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription

6. FREE TRIALS

• Free trials may be offered
• If not canceled before the trial ends, billing begins automatically

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and functionality are owned by Kegex and protected by applicable laws.
