How do I restore my purchase?

Open Taggd → Settings → scroll down and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Can I use Taggd on multiple devices?

Yes. The one-time purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any iPhone or iPad signed in with the same account — at no extra cost.

How do I print my tags?

Export as PDF. Each export produces a single sheet with four tags at 300dpi. Print on A4 or US Letter paper, then cut. You can also send the PDF to a copy shop for professional printing.

Can I change the size of the tags?

The exported sheet is sized for standard printing. The tag dimensions are optimised for typical retail price tags — roughly business-card sized when cut out.

Why can't I export more than 3 times?

Taggd includes 3 free exports to let you try the full experience. After that, a one-time purchase of $9.99 unlocks unlimited exports forever — no subscription required.

I deleted the app — did I lose my tags?

Yes. All tag designs and brand data are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes them. We recommend exporting any tags you want to keep before deleting the app.

How do I request a new template?

Inside the app, go to Settings → "Request a Template" and describe what you're looking for. We read every request and use them to prioritise new designs.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Taggd is currently iOS only. If you'd like an Android version, let us know by email — we're tracking interest.
