1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Taggd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Taggd is an iOS app that allows you to create, customise, and export branded price tags and gift tags. You can personalise tags with your brand name, tagline, logo, colours, and fonts, then export them as PDF or PNG files for printing or sharing.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Only use brand names, logos, and content you own or have the legal right to use
• Not use the app to create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

4. One-Time Purchase

• Taggd offers a one-time in-app purchase ($9.99) to unlock unlimited exports
• Payment is processed through your Apple ID via the App Store
• The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy
• Once purchased, the unlock applies permanently and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
• The free tier includes up to 3 exports before purchase is required

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the brand names, logos, and content you create within Taggd. We do not claim any rights over your content.

By using the app, you confirm that you have the right to use any brand assets or logos you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

All app code, design, templates, motifs, and original content within Taggd are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them outside the app without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taggd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of data, indirect or incidental damages, or issues arising from your use of exported tag files.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on your place of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
